What must I do?
Candidates must create 2 different plated restaurant desserts (6 plates), choosing chocolate from the new DGF range. A minimum of 2 DGF chocolates must be used in your creation. You can use any additional DGF products in your recipes.
In your plated presentation you must have chocolate decoration. Submit your detailed recipe below to include ingredients and method, along with a title and a photograph, before September 22nd.

Dessert Sur Assiette Semi Final 11-12 10.18
Final – Dublin Pallas Foods Solution Centre 26.10.18
Candidates will have 4 hrs to produce their Assiettes for tasting by the judges.
Basic preparation (Sponge, Biscuits) will be allowed.
