Pallas Foods at CATEX 2015

catex-chefPallas Foods is celebrating their largest ever showcase at CATEX 2015.  This year will be better than ever as we are also celebrating our 30th birthday.  To mark our birthday we are hosting a Continental themed night on Tuesday 17th and an Irish night on Wednesday 18th.  Both of these nights will showcase the very best in European and Irish food and music. And it wouldn’t be a birthday celebration without a birthday cake. But we didn’t go for one cake we went for three cakes – one for each day of CATEX so make sure to drop by for some cake each afternoon.

As the number one food solutions provider on the island of Ireland we will be showcasing many local and international suppliers. Manu ofo ur suppliers will be on hand to talk about their product range and demonstrate the quality associated with it. Some of our suppliers on hand over the course of CATEX 2015 are as follows.
